Senior Tax Rebate
Provides a tax rebate in the form of a check made out to the client for up to $500 or $600 depending on program guidelines. You must be 65 years of age or older, or over age 18 and 100% disabled, and a Wyoming resident for one full year at the time of application. An applicant must be income qualified. Applications available through your local senior center. Call the Wyoming Division of Aging at (307)-777-7995 or (800) 442-2766 for more information.

Low-Income Rate Assistance and Energy Efficiency
Rocky Mountain Power Partners with Wyoming Energy Council, Inc. to provide low-income weatherization services. 1-800-221-7070 Black Hills Energy Black Hills proposes to increase the maximum monthly benefit to $75 from $50 and to allow more households to qualify by reducing the income burden calculation by 50 percent. 1-888-890-5554

Please note these charitable funds are last resort emergency funds with limited resources and limited times of operation.

Energy Share of Wyoming
Energy assistance for those who do not qualify for LIEAP and are experiencing a situation such as a medical or family crisis, which makes it difficult to pay their energy bills. Funded by utility companies, customers, local businesses and private donation. Individuals interested in applying for funds should contact their local Salvation Army, or call toll-free 1-303-866-9296, to determine your local Salvation Army field representative. Contact the Energy Share Office at (307) 683-0551.

Lower Valley Energy 
The Operation Roundup The program, which is administered by an independent board of directors, provides assistance with energy, fuel, housing and food expenses for local families and individuals needing assistance.
