62012 totals and projections from 2010 Leveraging Report

The Clearinghouse has historically compiled state-by-state information on supplemental resources other than ratepayer funding, e.g., state government/taxpayer funding; fuel funds (aka charitable/church/community resources); and delivered/non-regulated fuels. This information was available to us through states' annual LIHEAP leveraging reports; however, since FY 2010, these reports haven't been required so information on all resources isn't readily available to us. The tables below provide all supplemental resources, including ratepayer funding, from 2001 through 2010.
