Energy Efficiency

Low-Income Weatherization (LIWAP)

  • Black Hills Energy
    Services include: upgrades to high efficiency space and water heating equipment; caulking; wall, ceiling, and pipe insulation, water heater wraps; and low-flow showerheads and aerators.
  • Interstate Power and Light Company
    Services include: insulation, air leak reduction, furnace repair and replacement, energy audits, and energy education.
  • Liberty Utilities
    Services include: upgrades to high efficiency space and water heating equipment; caulking; wall, ceiling, and pipe insulation, water heater wraps; and low-flow showerheads and aerators.
  • Mid-American Energy Company
    Services include: energy audits; free installation of insulation and heating, water heating, lighting and refrigeration measures.
