Low-Income Bill Assistance
A three-tiered bill discount based on income is available during the heating months of November through April. Monthly billings include a discount on each kWh of usage over 600 kWh. Contact your local community action agency:

Low-Income Energy Efficiency
Pacific Power works with local agencies to provide free weatherization services to income-qualifying homeowners and renters living in single-family homes, mobile home or apartments. Based on the home's needs, a variety of measures can be installed, including insulation, energy-efficiency showerheads, compact fluorescent light bulbs and more.
