- Temporary Electric Energy Assistance Fund
Assistance is targeted to customers who were impacted by the May tornedo. Eligibility is dependent on one or more or the following:
- insufficient income to pay electric bills due to the storm
- 65 year of age or older
- disabliity that prohibits self-sufficiency
- eligible for LIHEAP

Low-Income Energy Efficiency
- Community Services League
Offers assistance to qualified people, including senior citizens, who want to make such home improvements as adding weather stripping around doors and windows, adding insulation, etc.
Emergency Charitable Assistance
- Project Help
Extends a helping hand to needy senior citizens and handicapped persons. Funds may be used to pay electric, gas and propane bills for heating and cooling or to help winterize homes. The program is administered by the Red Cross who screens applicants and provides relief where the need is greatest.
