ComEd partnered with Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago (NHS) to help families pay their ComEd bill via a grant for income eligible customers.To qualify, customers must have an active residential ComEd account, have a past due balance, be experiencing hardship, and have an income up to 200% FPG or 80% area median income.
