The Clearinghouse has historically compiled state-by-state information on supplemental resources other than ratepayer funding, e.g., state government/taxpayer funding; fuel funds (aka charitable/church/community resources); and delivered/non-regulated fuels. This information was available to us through states' annual LIHEAP leveraging reports; however, since FY 2010, states haven't reported leveraging activities since leveraging awards have not been available, so information on all resources isn't readily available to us. The tables below provide all supplemental resources, including ratepayer funding, from 2001 through 2012.
